Jem,
You must admit that this 440,00 "White Elephant" of theirs was probably their trophy, and I'm sure it took allot of guts for them to put it up for sale. The same kind of guts that it takes for your or me to dump that "sure thing" for a 75% loss. But when you look at their bank notes for long term debt, It's completely obvious the building of the factory caused their current economic problems. They just do not have enough business for their own monster plant. They built it too big.

Now with them "trimming the fat at the top" (and probably getting rid of the one responsible for doing the false reporting a few months back), they will lower their overhead and losses by probably 15%. By selling the plant, they will be able to pay off the notes and reduce the loss tremendously. It costs allot to build a .5msf state of the art printing plant, they could probably make some profit by selling it (selling was probably a stipulation made by the banks to allow a delay on collection of the notes anyway).

And you better believe that the deal they cut with whom ever buys it will include a cap on printing fees. All this adds up to nothing but expansion from here on out. What they are doing is putting the company back the way it was when it used to work. Also, check out all the August insider buying. Just pray that they can make a deal for the plant before the bell tolls.
