LU and Nortel have HDSL advantage only if the RBOCs get their act in gear. The betting is that the CLECs will deploy HDSL2 gear to undercut RBOC T1 prices and they will buy from PAIR and not LU and Nortel who will not want to sell to them and piss off their core markets. I am betting on PAIR to get more than its share of the HDSL2 market and that should be plenty to boost the value of the stock.
