Your point that money flows help drive the market is well taken. Your observation that the boomers ahead of us (I'm 35) will likely shift or liquidate their holdings is also reasonable. You may wish to consider the possibility, recently raised (although discussed for some time) of the Social Security fund purchasing stocks for its portfolio. If this were to happen, the inflow would be taking place even while the outflows you are commenting on would be occuring. FWIW Larry
