I am responding to two posts by someone representing themselves as GraviShareholders.

They suggest that there are actions being taken in regard to our Vipermax sound card. This is just a lot of hot air. There have been no motions filed and as far as the private criminal action that supposedly has been started, it does not even exist in Canada. Someone has been watching too much O.J Simpson on TV.

Synergy has been a manufacturer of Sond Cards and associated devices for more than five years and has been an OEM supplier to Gravis for that period. Synergy is currently shipping Vipermax on a worldwide basis and has distributors in Europe, the US and the far east.

There was not one disident shareholder at the Gravis / ACCO court approval yesterday. It went through with no objections. I don't understand what the point is of pretending that there is action being taken when there is none.
