Jim, I don't believe the transfer agent will tell you the number of shares that are currently registered but I suppose it can't hurt to ask. They will give you the latest number of shares outstanding but information regarding the number of registered shares is property of MDIN only-or so I've been told. The TA's number is 801-363-9065
