My point in my response to Lawrence's rather patronising post (forget whether it was this thread) was that if he has done that well with shorts in this exuberant market he must have been pretty smart - and wonderful for those who invested in his fund as a hedge. As a contrarian can we expect him to go lo the long side when the market really tanks as tank it surely will? E
