Goodmorning All,
Silver you hit the nail on the with your Y2K explanation.

"we are having a hard time getting answers from some of our vendors."

The company I work for is also working like mad to get Y2K ready, but the biggest worry is the vendors we work with. If their not ready it really will not matter what we do.
A company survives on its ability to communicate. Digitcom has stated that it will upgrade a customers Resound system themselves by having a technician come to customer rather than giving instructions to the customer and having them fix it themselves.
This is a wonderful example of a company standing behind their product and insuring that the upgrade is done properly.

It's great to see Digitcom listed as a partner on the NMSS website. I've been expecting that for a while. Digitcom wasn't listed on Friday

Digitcom has been working with Natural Microsystems for many years. In Digitcom's August 8, 1998 press release it is stated that
"Digitcom engineers have been developing proprietary software for Natural Microsystems' NT-based platform since late 1996"

and from the August 8th company newsletter;
"Digitcom's NT flavoured "Intravoice CO(TM)" developed by our own David Wong has a long (in internet years) association with Natural Microsystems' development environment"
