1)Doesn't this statement indicate that Ericy feels they can block cdma2000.
2) It seems from this announcement that the ITU makes no judgement about claimed IPR validity and/or its "essential" nature. Is there any mechanism that they use to determine the veracity of the validity and "essential" nature of the patents?
