Shocked? I don't understand why. The change in meeting dates is appalling and shows lack of management skills in deciding upon even the most simple things, like the date of a shareholders meeting... they could not even get that right... Think about the statement about how important it is for shareholders to ratify everything...ARIF can do that alone. Your votes are unnecessary. The company is trying to present an image in this release that it operates like a proper public company...<s>
