This seems to be a timely topic. There is a lot of noise concerning this article on the sell side analysts: rcmfinancial.com

Although it may seem satirical, pay very close attention to the statistics. The brokerage firms forecasting performance has been broken out individually as well as through First Call and IBES.

For the folks who still believe that analysis, valuation, and other means of smoking and mirroring have anything substantial to do with the movement of IPOs and other stocks, I refer you to a compelling article. This link may have been posted here or on another BB, and I'm not interested in being credited with its presentation here or elsewhere.

If you don't read it, or you don't know how internet stocks are valued, you'd better take a look here before making grand pronouncements regarding where, when and at what price MALL/UBID will settle, based on your DD and research.

Stock prices are never, ever, ever determined by individual investors or groups of individual investors.

Do yourself a favor, particularly if you're long on MALL and/or UBID, and read about all that goes into pricing:
