Betting a penny stock that is way down for the year will go down in the heart of tax selling season is not going too far out on a limb. As for your other points, remember that Investor Reach is not TSIS' only product. I do feel that this may go down as one of TSIS' low points in its recent history. We've had another dry period of news, the most recent quarter's numbers can be regarded as a disappointment for those who were expecting increasing growth in profits, and we continue to see speculative stocks getting beat up despite what the DOW and internet stocks are doing. Hopefully 1999 will be a much better year.
