When the court decision is annouced, MDIN will now have the right to buy what Dayton refers to as the Churrmata claims from Ms. Olvios. It is likely the judge will award damages to MDIN for thief of gold ore and destruction of former Mill site. I have no idea how much except to that it should be very significant. The lender is second in line in the food chain-ie Dayton would have to pay off MDIN first. As for as the lender is concerned-Dayton will probably just declare bankrupcty in order to avoid paying them.

In the background, it is rumored that Newcrest will try to eat up Dayton. Not sure how it will be done. It is Newcreast that will likely inherit Andicollo. I think Dayton is welcoming them with open arms after all the trouble they are in. It is also rumored that Newcreast has approached MDIN about the other Andicollo claims. Is it true? Who knows.
