If the internet business grows as people think it will and Fedex gets a proportion of it, wouldn't that be bullish for Fedex? FWIW in the Barrons article Fred Smith seemed to think the internet would be a big deal for them. Could the company find a way to ride this huge wave?
If their industry stands to benefit in a huge way, would it make sense that they would get some benefit directly from increased business and some indirect benefit from a better competitive environment?
