This sets a new standard for the meaning of the term "CLUELESS" in California. Everything in this release indicated "business as usual". They are still praying for some devine magic to get them out of the hole and something positive to point toward. Obviously don't have it yet. Actually, from one perspective, they are playing their hand brillantly.
