Regeloney - me, a pump and dump supporter. That's original. Not contributing an ounce of information? That kind of nonsense is exactly why 98% of the communications on NVXE, amongst long term shareholders, has gone offline. This level of banter serves no purpose, because you wouldn't know the truth if it hit you between the eyes. So, this will be my last reply to you or Len.
I've been around this block a few times. I've been where Ray is now. Have written several successful business plans. Have started (2) companies myself, and had to raise $10 million for the most recent start-up. It's not at all easy to raise $10+ million dollars when you have no track record, let alone a track record (or legacy) like NVXE's; from 2-3 years back.
Here's a question to ponder - What makes you think that Bruce Austin, who is running a successful business, and has been doing so for years, is going to allow Ray and his venture to take up valuable office and production space if he (a successful business man in his own right) saw any signs that NVXE was a scam? Do you think Bruce Austin Productions, that has a contract with the Turner Broadcast Network to produce a weekly show, is in on the scam you say exists?
If you were a successful businessman (with a reputation to protect in the industry), and you had gone on record that you were going to merge with NVXE.... if you saw something strange going on right underneath your nose would you allow it to continue? I doubt it.
I think it pays to investigate your investments with your own two eyes, and I'm not talking about the BS that passes for due dilligence in the eyes of most people on this website. I mean, go to the company's physical facility, talk with the employees, and assocaties of the business. Look at faxes, contracts, letters of intent. Demo the product, and look at physical evidence that the company is trying to implement their stated business plan, i.e. look at the belize film....look at the footage already shot for the pending movie deal.
As I've said before, I've seen the evidence you would each be looking for to confirm that NVXE is not a scam.
Come on guys. I have my MBA, and I've been in business for 20 years. 16 of which were with the 3M Company. I'm not some idiot who just fell off the turnip truck. I think I can recognize a struggling, yet unsuccessful company from an outright scam.
If you don't have the luxury of physically investigating an OTC:BB company, you'd be insane to invest in it. Don't rely on heresay (even mine). But, then again don't create your own versions of reality just because you're disappointed that funding hasn't come. Lack of funding at this moment does not mean no one is interested in funding NVXE. It doesn't mean that they're a scam. It means that the money hasn't been raised yet. Period.
Those of us who are willing to see all sides of this situation, and see it for what it is, know this is not some pump and dump that can be manipulated upwards for a quick win. Sorry to burst your bubble. The company and its investors simply have to wait further for funding to hit. If that isn't OK with you... you always have the option to sell.
As for me - I'll save you the trouble of replying. As I said in the first paragraph, I'm taking my comments and opinions back offline. You guys can have a long long one sided conversation with yourselves about how you've been scammed. Have at it. |
