The Office advised me that the Y2K news release was simply a matter of trying to inform users of their products of the available Y2K fix, as sales of the Resound systems go back 12 years and many have bought the products through dealers so DGIV has no way of knowing who or where they are. It was thought that a mailing along with a quick Press Release would cover the bases. Thus, this was NOT to be considered the "news" that everyone has been waiting for. They are working very hard to finalize projects on a global basis as we speak, and we should certainly expect subttantial news on this in the near future.
