Main complaint is occasional lockups which require exiting the site and re-entering to fix the problem. Also, poor performance on some options. Often difficult to get recognition of a request for long term options prices. Also seems to frequently be behind on options data; seems to miss some trades entirely and under report volume. They have a "new" site and an old site selection. The old site is better. I've found all of the services have some problems. This is the best price I've found. Stockjet
