I agree with RM. From the sound of this release it appears that if shareholders don't vote favorably with Arif's issues (sounds kinda like a threat to me), that the company will find it difficult to operate as a public entity. My translation........The company plans to issue MORE shares and if shareholders don't vote yes to ratify this, then we're screwed again. Can the company go private again? What happens to shareholders shares? Just more nonsense and innuendo.
