Hi Sam, thanks for the insider info. I'm not sure what to think. Does this mean he sold half his stock or all of it? It could be that he just needed the cash? Especially since it was the end of the year, he may have needed to take some losses for tax purposes? I believe that the opening of the European market will help this company prosper in 1997. I'd like to hear your thoughts. Bob
