TAers are like economists. On the other hand... <g>

Accumulation/Distribution indicators like OBV or the A..E ratings in IBD weight the direction by the volume:

Up x vol -> good; Down x vol -> bad.

On that other hand, your POV is called a blowoff; a trend may well end with a final move in its direction on very high volume.
