<Sold at 15 1/2 today... hopefully will pick up later at a lower price, I'm tired of not selling before it runs back down.>

I've also made the tough decision to sell, in my case for tax loss, with the intent to repurchase after 30 days. I've held TDFX for most of the year with a basis of $21+. I've repeatedly watched this stock hit mid-teens and then slide back to low teens...so I too am taking the opportunity to step out, and perhaps get back in after Jan 8. With earnings not due till Jan 24, the timing may work. The tax advantages to me are huge...which balances out my fear that unexpected good news may blip the stock back to the 20s. I'm still holding TDFX in our IRAs and in our kids' custodial accounts...but crunching the tax numbers made a compelling case for selling out of our primary account.

Am I concerned that the timing may blow up? Heck yes...but few things in life are certain...and certainly not stocks. My best judgement is the stock will trade sideways/down for the next 30 days, so I might as well save a bundle in taxes.....
