thank you so much for your reply- i appreciate your help i would like to know one thing more, if you may i cannot get a firm reply from anyone to this question please inform me as to if sunw will gain revenues from java and if so, how substantial are they receiving royalties from all of the licences they have been granting i heard something to the effect that java is not directly a revenue producer but rather a "calling card" that helps sunw's other business and increases name recognition. furthermore, i heard bill gates on moneyline yeasterday - he pretty much dissed java as "one of many computing languages" and gave it little respect as a threat to msft business if you could please clarify these points, i would be very grateful thank you again for everything adam
