Grant,

It‘s always sad to see that some investors choose the wrong stock for tax loss deductions. On the other hand, investors who take the time and do their own DD, quickly come to the conclusion that Nora is not just another ¨penny play¨, but a Company poised for tremendous growth.
(As the saying goes: one person‘s loss is another person‘s gain)

Just consider : At the end of 1996, Nora‘s holdings comprised 2 relatively small near-gem quality diamond concessions in Ghana. At the end of 1998 Nora has become the second largest surface area owner in one of the most, if not THE MOST prolific gem-quality marine diamond areas in the world, second only to De Beers.

Regards,

John
