I wouldn't be too concerned about the additional management team taking over the company. Their chairman and CEO, John Mitcham, is strong, capable, and a proven winner. The reason I have stuck with TRCD so long is because of their CEO and excellent engineering team (Liz Hersey is also top of the line). John Mitcham remains in charge, and that is not going to change. The private placement and the additional management team is excellent news. This move very well may be what sends TRCD to the next level.
