Larry, I've never traded a penny stock with much of a short term outlook. I rarely trade them at all because there hardly recognized at times that there volatility is low. Most probably need a break of news or a strong business strategy in its area to move ahead. Assuming a 6 months outlook with what the Co. is planning to expand into the internet sector, these prices with no over head supply are still a good buying time. This is speculation. But, since I was turned on to this Co. I've already noticed a 100% return on any one investing 1-2 weeks ago.. So, expect profit taking, once that's over 2, does not look far away.. Good Luck..
