Hi Colleen, I did not ask him this morning, but your question was so good--and I think on the minds of many others--that I called back Calkins just now to ask that very question. And the answer is yes, a 10SB is still planned for the end of the year. He even threw in, "You can remind people that we are an audited company for the past two years, so this will be the third year we have been audited." I hear this with all my pennies and find that this is delayed all the time. I hear you loud and clear. I don't really know what to say about this. My belief is that Calkins will be able to produce on time but I admit I don't know what will really happen by December 31. On an upbeat note, if the 10SB is delayed (fingers-crossed that it won't be) my confidence is extremely high that it would be coming out soon after. In other words, as long as I don't have doubts that they will be reporting soon, I figure we'll be ok. Cheers, Chris
