Mika, If Ericsson has given a little, can we expect Qualcomm? Why make meaningless "concessions"? Are you suggesting that Qualcomm plays the game and makes a meaningless concession? But then the Ericsson PR department will jump all over that one... This is hard positional bargaining and negotiations should not be handled that way. If you want more info, I recommend the negotiation primer from here: Message 6022594 I refer you to Fisher's comment about one's losing his shirt to a hard positional bargainer.
