I have Dell puts so I am not biased in favor of Dell, but at least they have a business plan. Just in time inventories, cutting operating capital needs to the bone. Trying to stay in the higher end (although being sucked into the lower dollar, lower margin boxes). ETC. But cpq's strategy is usually stated in terms of revenue targets by certain dates. I'm very unimpressed with that kind of talk from Pfieffer. What's your business plan!!!
