Tipper,
Gee, I would think that my "advice" showed 4 points which I based my opinion. All you have babbled about, with poor grammar I might add, it how insiders sold 2.7M shares, and how the lockup is almost over.
Why would people spend $420MM on this stock so close to these "unlocks"? Look at others companies with small floats. Insiders usually have to sell in order to increase institutional holdings. Besides, if INKT is going to split on the next report, as it is widely expected to do, then no insiders will be dumping stock before then. Want to look at a similar situation? Look at PRGN last November. That certainly worked out well for this idea.
Your problem is that you don't understand what to even look for. Is this a classic fundamental play? Certainly not. But there are many reasons why this stock will most likely be well above her, and 137, in a year. If I get a trade out of it, so be it. But master the art of eloquent writing and coherent, orderly thought before you blather on about what my opinion is and how I ride bandwagons.
Enjoying my 8 points in one day and my Buccaneers' victory,
