good evening, dave.

CCEE's orbit was ~$6 at the beginning of 1998. shortly thereafter it circled the glove as high as $7 3/16 before its orbit decayed sharply. currently it is experiencing some lift generated by the recent earnings report. volume is still substantially lower than seen at higher orbits earlier in the year. there is still much uncertainty surrounding this company and its fundamentals in spite of its misleadingly low P/E ratio.

based on these facts my risk chip computes a 68% probability that CCEE's orbit will decay considerably during the remainder of the year, possibly as low as $2, before recovering sharply early in the year - if ever.

any comments?
