I did, on request, receive an "information packet" from their PR Firm, WorldVision. It was basically a compendium of news releases. It was not presented in a professional manner, looking as if it had been "mimeographed," for those old enough to remember what that was.
On the other hand, I did have a long conversation with the CEO, who was quite positive, needless to say. He said the company employs 25 people, that their products are under test by several universities, that they have an active program of evaluating donated blood from MS patients to characterize them and test their products, and that they are in discussions with parmaceutical companies regarding licensing their products. He said that some time ago they were close to receiving a major investment out of Europe, but that something happened at the last minute and it didn't happen. He reiterates the claim in their Press Release that they indeed have made a "medical breakthrough." |
