JWC,

I will give you the name of the sales person that didn't take my order and instead told me that such orders will be done thru corporate and that I will get a call from them on Monday. May be, now that this issue was raised by me, they may have changed their policy as if there was nothing wrong in their system in the first place. I am not doubting the poor salesman who does not benefit by so doing. Tsig's management does not have a set policy of doing things and I empathize with their sales people who have to put up with it. peace and good luck.
