Mike, today's price of 3 1/16 is about 60% higher than your purchase price and mine. That's about 150-200% per year if I remember when you bought in correctly. Sure, there's some selling from the spike, but any more decent news is likely to establish a new base between 3 and 4, to await 10 or 15 next year, late (IMHO). If you can do better, you have my best wishes for good luck and don't let the doorknob hit your ass on the way out.
