Jim Cramer explained it last week on CNBC. He tried to short WAVO and found that there were no shares to short. He said that this creates a "bubble" and that it is not good. This is what happened to ONSL--luckily I bought low enought that I still made a nice profit- but it's too bad for those who got in high. Good luck and be careful.....janie
