Hello Alan, and others. I look at my Bre-X certificate from time to time -- I let it serve as a reminder. There must be a zillion of these floating around out there, but do you think time will reward us or our grandchildren for holding on to certificates that were a part of the largest gold scam in history to date?

I discovered the thread around the time of Old 49er's home page revelations and Mike Sloan's true identity situation and Goldman's final hours. Interesting history here, I believe. It would be great if the players at that time could get together and write a book revealing their true identities and their beliefs and motivations at the time. It really is fascinating to go back and read, and damn sad about the final conclusion. Anyway, perhaps someone has already suggested this, or maybe it's better left undisturbed... just a thought.

Let me know what you think about the certificates though.
