Cavalry, I agree. If they did sell more shares, that would argue against 'complete financing' which would make selling more shares unnecessary. Ken Coleman was trying to sell as many shares as he could in Sept. It's hard to know how many are out there now. Last count was April at 17 million. Regards, Dave
