John, Please relay to Jack,

The quote from the MM stated that the example cited was "the only time the stock could be kept close to a specific strike". He did not admit to doing it nor did he say that it had been done.

This statement is far from the smoking gun that Jack implies and it is doubtful that the SEC would be that interested (presumbably the SEC knows when something can be done - they would only be interested if they could find out that it was done).

Please don't scare away someone who might be able to offer some measure of interesting dialogue.
