C-Cube Facts... from c-cube.com

Q: What percentage of C-Cube's business comes from China?
A: C-Cube's revenues from China were less than 30% of total revenues during the third quarter, which has decreased substantially from about 50% in 1997. This is primarily due to growth in the communications business.

Q: What are C-Cube's revenues by segment? Return to Index
A: During the third quarter, the communications business represented 60% of total company revenues, and consumer represented 40%. The communications business includes digital video systems (DiviCom), encoders and Set-Top-Box silicon, while the consumer business includes DVD, VCD and Chao Ji VCD (the new VCD format in China).

Q: How much did DiviCom grow during the quarter? Return to Index
A: DiviCom grew approximately 14% sequentially this quarter. Since being acquired two years ago, DiviCom has doubled their revenues and significantly increased market share in the rapidly growing digital video systems market.

Q: Who are DiviCom's largest customers?
A: Currently, DiviCom's largest customers include DirecTV, Echostar, British Digital Broadcast, Look Communications and GTE

I guess it's nice to see that CUBE is diversifying, at least to appease the critics. Also, I must say that Divi really is growing quite fast. 60% of business... nice.
