That disclaimer is great news. If you all recall, part of WINR's philosophy has been that it will only work with companies that do not accept U.S. wagers. The fact that TISS accepted U.S. sportsbook wagers (I believe) never jibed with WINR's goals. I wondered if maybe WINR would kind of let it slide for a while until it became established. Maybe WINR put the hammer down. IMO, this disclaimer is the best signal yet that TISS and WINR will be up and running together soon. Offshore casinos being targeted by Attorneys General is no new thing. Why change now? Aside from the fact that is is good business (of course, it would have been good business a year ago), I can only think of one reason. Again, all just my opinion. Regarding the thread, I agree that it is time to change the title and header. I still find the past posts helpful though, so I would not be in favor of starting over. I would guess that Miller would have no objection. I guess I would have to nominate Prov to write the new header, as he has established the most frequent, positive and factual posting regime lately. I will ask Miller to PM Jill or Bob or whomever with his permission, which seems like the right way to do it. Quahog
