* HOT NEWS AOL Now Plans To Provide Cable TV Internet access/interactive Product!!!!! Just announced on CNBC - SRCM now needs to compete with WebTV, ORCL's NC, MoreCom, WorldGate and AOL - with their 12.5 million subscribers. Gee I wonder which of these vendors a smart cable company will pick? ROFL!!! AOL can come to the table and say - "make me your internet provider and I can bring you 12.5 million subscribers bingo - overnight"... MSFT responds "I can bring you our proven WebTV platform and we will throw in 80 million of advertising to pull in subscribers" SRCM... can say "We can give you our failed, leapfrogged program guide, our internet access software that is not yet tested on a cable system, crashes in trade show demo's and does not work with Java, (but we really really think it will sometime if we can get more money for development and if we don't go belly up)"... Hmmm I'm sure SRCM will win lots of business... YEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAA Say g-nite SRCM the party is now over... Cheers Steve
