With the Yahoo rumor and these lawsuits, the ESST trading volume has subsided and the stock is at low 5+. ESST hit 7 few days ago after the internet Chip announcement. Somehow they can't keep the momentum. Hopefully after 1-1-99, they can start some share buyback and with a better earnings and sales data for the final quarter for 1998, boost the share price.
