Izzy: I am sure you did well. We will miss you. The stock price seems pretty high, but my sense is that it will go much higher before correcting. If it keeps moving at this rate it will wipe out the shorts. These folks will need to buy back to cover and we could get a panic run up in the next few months. The new reorganization will provide much higher earnings, sales of Viracept are accelerating, the cold killer will be a great earner in the future, etc. They will have the ability to fund the Cancer division, by doing an offering just for this division and it will not be dilutive. The fundamentals are strong and the stock is reflecting a more favorable value for AGPH. I would guess we could reach over 70 in the next few months, and once it reaches this probable peak, it should drift back to test present levels before making additional progress by the end of 1999. The wind is on our back and the sun is feeling very bright. Good luck to all, and Izzy, you should be a long term investor. Bill
