"....cite 5 accomplishments of Clinton Presidency." These pop to mind..... 1. Balanced Budget (Compare Deficit Spending during Reagan-Bush years to Deficit during Clinton Admin. Aside Congress "acted" on Budget when it was already clear that a balanced budget was imminent. 2. Welfare Reform (Noting Executive Waivers, prior to Congressional Action.) 3. Northern Ireland Peace Accord. 4. Palestinian/Israeli Accord. 5. International Trade Agreements, GAAT, NAFTA, etc. (Reagon or Bush couldn't pull it off.) 6. Got Congress to raise the minimum wage. 7. Bonus - Newt resigned.... Did anyone notice the action in the last 1/2 hour of the trading. It was a great poker game. Trade at 29 7/8, below the Bid. Bid at 30, Ask at 30 3/8 for 15 minutes without a trade. Bid side determined to bring the bid below 30; Ask side determined to close above 30. Ask raised to 30 1/8..no trades...Bid raised to 30 1/4;size lowered...trade at 30 1/4.....and on it went to close above 30...it was like watching the Superbowl in sudden death overtime. Would like to see THQI volume pick up markedly.... Best Regards, Jim
