People have been focusing on the bright side of buying stuff through the net. There are also plenty of downsides of doing that. All kinds of scams are on the net. Some people are selling stolen goods and counterfeit stuff through the net. The following is from the cbsmarketwatch.com. "Thomas indicated that many companies seem unaware of the threat to their businesses and brand names. "Internet pirates," he warned, "are costing companies billions by illegally distributing counterfeit versions of their products."
