From 16 Million shares issuable and registered for sale upon conversion of preferred stock and the affiched warrants @3.5 seemingly 5 Million have been printed so far. Till now, the company did not announce that the remaining preferred stock will be recouped by cash payment.... The indenture does not contain a cashout "bracket" upon the preferred stock/warrant issue. WHO does an "IPO". NetRadio, or Navarre a second one... Maybe the CNBC sqwawk box can ask the NAVR chefs how to carry on C.
