Chris, Agree that it will one to hold in 1999 and perhaps a few years to follow if they do not get bought out somewhere in the next year or two. Definitely anyone trying to time this one is not in our league and I believe it is a play for long term capital gains. It certainly is "cheap" if all the news over the last six months can be relied upon. Anything could happen at any time. It's like a bomb ticking away, and just do not know when it will go off. I'm hanging on tightly. Jim
