If that is the case Tony, who in their right mind would plop down that many shares all at once? If you were ging to sell a large amount of stock, wouldn't you do it a piece at a time? They may have been able to sell it, maybe even at a higher price if they had less on the board. The only thing they are doing is scaring away investors with large offerings. I would be inclined to think there is some other motive at work here, don't know what though. One thing for sure, that would scare away ALL daytraders.
