Christian, I'm a little green in reading these things. So over 15mln additional shares can be issued. Can these be issued whenever? I mean during a hype/pr blitz they can sell these shares into the rally, correct? Or will a reg statement of some sort need to be filed? I'm assuming no since it's a 'private placement'.I'm curious as to what "Delphi's" relationship with the company is (i.e. do the boards share any common members, etc..) You're right, this does stink. I can see why the normal internet hype/CNBC appearance isn't moving this thing. There must be a lot of selling into any rally. Time to dump my long. Thanks
