stock is wek IMHO because epected upside surprise isn't going to materialize to any degree. Also well respected analyst Doug Crook lowered the rating today but maintained his 40 target, s he suggested the momentum is waning and more likely to perform in line with the market for awhile as it digests its gains. lets hope he is finally wrong....this Crook is a hot analyst
