Roy, Newport News traded today at it's high. The company has been doing several stock buyback programs, and barring a huge market downdraft, I believe the stock is going higher. Callan of Merrill Lynch evidently had some positive comments on the company last week. Haven't seen the report yet, but he has a $35. price target. (I know that the internuts can do that it five minutes, but this is a stock for the IRA.)
